Prices and Products
The prices on our website are presented in Euros and include VAT at the rate in place at the time of acquisition. Prices and product specifications contained in this website may be changed without any notice.
The products displayed in our website are limited to available stock. For some products, properly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.
Order Fulfilment and Shipping Costs
All orders confirmed by us will be delivered to the address specified for delivery by the Customer at the time of ordering. We do not charge shipping costs (customs duty costs are not included) to all orders over 100 € to Portugal. Activate this option by using code OVER100 to get free shipping.
The period of delivery is up to five (5) working days for mainland Portugal and up to seven (7) days for the Azores and Madeira. For other regions the pattern may be extended due to limitations of air transport. In case of product stock rupture, the customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date, and may then choose to maintain or cancel the order. Additional information as to the anticipated delivery time may be requested by e-mail.
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal. Transactions are always confirmed by e-mail, for protection of identity theft. In case you have further questions about the security in financial transactions for the purchases in our store, please contact us at email@example.com.
The client may cancel the order, provided it has not yet been processed. The cancelation of the order may be formalised via email.
Non-Acceptance of the Order
Joana Mota Capitão Jewellery reserves the right not to accept your order, informing the Customer in the following cases: a) Product stock rupture; b) Unavailability of the article; c) If we consider there is misconduct by the buyer or in case there are inaccuracies in the registered personal data.
The customer may, within 14 days after receiving the product, return the product. Within that same period the client may complain of any inadequacy in the product ordered, if that inadequacy is of the responsibility of Joana Mota Capitão Jewellery. For this purpose, the complaint should be formalised through email.
In that email, the Customer must explicitly inform the reasons for its return always mentioning the order number and their identification. We will then coordinate with the Customer how the return of the goods will be processed. If the situation justifies it, we will take care of the associated costs. In situations where the reasons for the return are not our responsibility, the refund will be accepted after confirmation of the good condition of the returned parts and their packaging.
Being the Customer refunded the amount paid for the product, less the cost of return shipping according to the values (6€ for Portugal, 15€ for the Azores and Madeira, 20€ for Spain and 30€ for the rest of world). Consequently, we reserve the right not to accept returns of products without previous notice, and/or if the product does not meet the same conditions in which it was delivered to the buyer (products that have suffered any type of usage, alteration, damage and/or lack of original packaging, accessories and/or add-ons). In case of return, the refund amount will be paid within the statutory period of 30 days after receipt of the order (Decreto-Lei Nº. 143/2001 de 26 de Abril).
